A moving collage made up of thought-provoking, humorous and poetic scenes all serving the purpose of making excess visible. Social cohorts are formed as part of a capitalistically driven society. Groups are formed independently of their age based on opinions, attitudes, ideas and fancy and are therefore assigned to a particular consumer group. «Generation K» deals with a group which is not determined by age or era but by use of goods and emotion. Social affiliations are in flux and change for the performers through playful alternating group formations. Musical diversity underlines moving miniatures. Dustbins serve as comparing juxtapositions and become thus stylish fixtures at last serving the image cultivation of the self. «Generation K» is a danced trial where professionals and non-professionals demonstrate the relationship between age and capitalistic consumption.
