Overcoming violence – learning peace was the theme for Afro Columbian and Swiss youths as they worked together for one week under the guidance of inFlux. The staircase of the Gymnasium Neufeld, Bern was filled with dance, music, singing, and rap. Common grounds and opposites in music and dance characterized this project. This project was part of the HEKS (Hilfswerk der evangelischen Kirchen Schweiz, relief organization of the Swiss Lutheran churches) – Theme of the year 2003: Overcoming violence – learning peace.
