A dance of episodes of encounters between generations and cultures – shy, cheeky and playful.

In «The day before yesterday is the day after tomorrow no. », 24 people of different ages, with different life stories and cultural backgrounds and with little to a lot of dance experience meet. They interact with each other and also explore the game with the musician - shy, cheeky and playful. The musician Laura Schuler from Langenthal is a live part of the performance. She is known as a virtuoso violinist who moves between jazz, free and new music, between composition and improvisation and is also inclined towards pop music.

The project «The day before yesterday is the day after tomorrow» won the Pro Senectute Bern Silver Bear in 2013 and was nominated for the German Generation Award. In 2022, a version of «The day before yesterday is the day after tomorrow no. 3» was performed at Langenthal Municipal Theatre. An independent interpretation has now been developed for the second time with participants from the Langenthal and Oberaargau-Emmental region.
